isn't what he's accused of borderline teason? They're saying that he conspired to illegally fund the election of state legislators that then redistricted the state of texas giving his party an unfair advantage in the house of representatives. So, in other words he (along with others) attempted to overthrough the government of the united states. I assume he's being held for trial without bail at the federal detention camp at quantanamo bay, cuba?
