I am pissed at the inference that they had a plan, some busses and did nothing with them. If ti is legit, they all fucked up from the locals the county, state and feds. Just imagine how impotent the government response would have been to a radiological attack. Worthless fukin beurocrats. You would think this would have been rehearsd at least fucking once.
