Good link. I've found that just stabbing zero over and over usually does the trick but, on occasion, I've run into computers that sucked far worse and was forced to actually talk to them. I hate it when that happens. Thanks for the list Rag.

Try using a rotery phone. Most phones have a pulse option, and it works just fine. So few people use rotery any more that the lines are almost always available. Great for long distance, service lines, and of course, the auto systems. All are required by law to still have a rotery friendly system in place still.

That rotary trick wont work for most uk automated system, they just keep repeating the menu to you again if ya use pulse dial, then they hang up on ya - leaving you thinking 'great, I got hung-up on by a machine'
