Wrong. This is just wrong. we already pay taxes for the phone lines, the power lines, the satellite use, the cable routes, the fuel and power generation costs (on top of the actual cost of these services) so they are asking for a double tax. We paid for this service when we paid for the infrastructure. Any more tax-fuckery and i'm going to have a raggedy ass-flap.
