jesus christ....that shows the mindset of the US govt. instead of finding a happy peaceful way to honor the lives of all those fallen. they use the steel it to build a weapon of war that will surely be used to extinguish even more lives. as a lifelong new yorker, and someone who witnessed those towers fall with my own two eyes, i am trully insulted by this.

I think it would have been better to build a memorial out of that steel or even a bridge or something.

Woulda meant more than a battleship to those who died in it

Ihe part of me that lives at LinkSwarm thinks a better use for that steel would be to build a 9-11 thrill ride at Dorney Park or Great Adventure.

Imagine riding a little car shaped like an airplane up a steep incline to a height of 1000 feet. Then after a series of gut wrenching twists and turns you slam into the side of the WTC and are blasted out a window in a ball of flame, land on a giant trampoline far below and bounce up and down for a few minutes. Survivors get to ride free all day.
