By a person getting a set of movies, returning it fast, then Netflix is letting you rent movies for less than they intended. This def. goes for members like me who rent 4 or more at a time. So, I send my movies back and within 2 days, I report the videos missing, this prompts their computer system to look for my movies quickly, rather than waiting six days before it shows in my qeueueueueueueueueueueueue that my movies have been received.
