Hitler was a failure as an artist. Most historians believe that it was this fact that lead him to try his hand in politics.

At any rate, that site seems a bit insidious. If you go to the homepage, it says that it attempts to take a neutral look at Hitler. Yet, it also states "Hitler was a great student of the fine arts and studied music, opera..." The whole site is written with Hitler in the best possible light.

I'd really like to think that they were apolitical and neutral. But at the same time, the whole site is imbued with words that glorify Hitler. I guess the Red, White and Black stylesheet should have given it away.
