After my year there I can say it's definitely S. Korea. The protests there are violent as fuk. They lock down U.S. posts when ever their staged. I saw people in Seoul just randomly knock people off of moving motorcycles and beat the shit out of them. ROK Army enlistment is mandatory and hard as shit. Middle of Jan./Feb. they're outside in shorts and t-shirts practicing tae-kwando.
