BeachGoat - saw your site, I'm guessing you'd rather have meat stripped from the bone. However, the cultured meat in the article is NOT some sort of reprocessed meat. They grow it cell by cell, without an animal. Prime rib - without the rib. Grow it by the ounce, pound or ton - just keep adding nutrients for the cells. It would be like a magic gyros meat rotisserie; as much as you sliced off, it would grow back. Got it?
