BULLSHIT!!! The post wanted nothing to do with the nixon/watergate story. IF you read 'all the presidents men' the book by woodward and bernstein they state on multiple occasions that even though the story they had would totally fuck the nixon camp it still got buried time and again by the post cause they were afraid of it blowing up in its face. It wasnt until the story reveled that the scandal went all the way to nixon did it make the front page. this is just rpeublican bullshit trying to downplay all the fucked up shit nixon did.
