Its actually not that hard. Just grab a copy of photoshop off of Bittorrent or hotline and start screwing around. Eventually you will get to the point hat you can airbrush out birth marks on anyones ass. I did that for a summer for a TV show (Son of the Beach) it was ok but got lame after a while.
