The 'You waive any right to privacy' line is so ridiculous I'm tempted to believe somebody slipped it in as a gag. I can't believe AOL's lawyers drafted that sentence.
haha, you don't think that any and all chat program's author's/parent companies log and analyze the data for later sale to dug companies for marketing purposes? You don't think that they in turn sell whatever info they can't/don't use to Peter Jennings for further propaganda 'news' reports every weekday? And you don't think that Jennings takes the rolled up papers with the data on them home after he's done doing the 'news' and rubs his scrotum on them while singing 'O' Canada'?
