I actually heard about this a while ago, and It's not hard...I can make holes in posters on the wall, and it can hurt a bit. It takes like 10 minutes to figure out.
they did this on Mythbusters last week. The worst they could do was a pretty bad papercut. And this was with the worlds best card thrower (avgs 170 mph)
