Let me tell you about a weapon bikers used to use back in the day. They'd take a metal guitar string, attach a small weight to the end (like a large hexnut), and attach another end to a comfy handle.

Then, when dricing by, they'd swing the weight around on a string, and try to latch it to one of your limbs (arm, usually). Bike drives by -> string makes deep radial cut -> limb gone.

Very bad weapon...
