It really already is solved. I get maybe 1 email a day in my inbox that is spam and that is the account I use for everything. Maybe 398 in my bulk foldr but it has an EMPTY button.
My personal acct that I use for friends gets NONE.
I hate spam as much as the next guy hell I even hate the kind I get in my email but it worries me that the Feds want to have this kind of power over the American people.
Always be wary of what laws those fuckos want to pass.
