I got a friend that can't access another message board from work. I think they're using "websense". Anyone know a way around? Keep in mind this friend is female. So, nothing too technical or she'll fuck it up for sure.

If you're using IE open it up and go to tools/internet options and under the connection tab, click on the Lan settings button. Click the "use proxy box, and input the info there...
