I've gotta change phone companies since T-Mobile gets almost no reception at my new house. Turns out I can get a discount through my company at AT&T and they are offering a free refurbished HTC fuze with a 2 year contract.
I know most swarm-fagg0ts seem to be blackberry fans, but the fuze does look like a lot of sexy fun, especially with a cooked WM6.5 ROM...
Anyone had any experience with HTC? or ATnT?

Can't say I know much about the fuze, but I have had AT&T for about a year and havn't had any issues with service.

i have the touch with sprint. i can tell you that i've played with the diamond, and the touchflo interface is fast, stable, and cool. it's integrated more than the touchflo on the touch, which is basically a small gimmick.
it's still tacked on to windows mobile, so it's a cool slick interface...until you have to use the parts of the software written by microsoft. (i'm talking about winmob 6 and 6.1, haven't tried 6.5)
overall i think htc makes pretty solid phones, and in the next year or two i expect they'll have some pretty solid breakthroughs, particularly with software.
at&t supposedly sucks a dick in terms of reception, although i do like the idea of a sim card. verizon/sprint have faster networks, but a different technology and hence no sim card. |
