I went and got my free oprah meal yesterday...it was pretty good.
When I opened the door of the kfc to go in, it looked like someone had left the lights off, it was pretty dark in there. The line was pretty long and some folks were getting impatient for their free yard bird. One extra large lady stood at the cashier and called the corporate kfc number and simultaneously bitched at the phone and the store manager. 4 black army chicks started a coupon dance routine in line behind me... wanna be dave chepelle with the cursive GANGSTAR tattoo on his neck was doing his stand up routine in line. The mexican construction workers stood in the back looking like they were ready for a riot. The only other white person in there was a lady that looked like she escaped from her trailer and was trying to compete with the black ladies on who could be the most annoying and loudest bitch in the place. All in all, was a fun time... I kept waiting for the riot to start, when I finally got my order there was about 30 people in line and more outside doing the am I going to wait for this shit dance.
I still think Pollo Loco is better, but the free lunch was pretty good. Thanks oprah!
