so it's been a while since i added anything to the photostream. i'm still mostly into auto's, but there are some others sprinkled in along the way. as you can see, i'm into VW's, so the majority of my subjects are of the volks variety.
all of these were shot with my nikon d50, with either a tokina 12-24, nikkor 50mm 1.8, 18-55, or 70-300.
this is my car, an 02 passat GLX
i also buy, sell, and refinish rare and expensive wheels.
and some misc shots.

Is that Jacksonville? I haven't seen spanish moss like that in a billion years.

some of the pics were shot in jax, but not the shots with moss. the red car is in ellingnton (near sarasota). the other green rabbit is near me in brooksville (an hour north of tampa). it's an old town, with tons of oak trees and old plantation style houses. really beautiful.

Great pictures mayne, well done. We used to have an 'ol Rabbit in the family back in the day, diesel and everything. I loved that fucking car and wish i still had it so I could fill it up with french fry oil and drive to work. 
Edit: BTW, Is that dude holding his fuking steering wheel in his hand in the first pic? If not, wtf is it?

I had a friend in college who used to yank his wheel off his GTI, climb OUT the side window with it and come back in through the sunroof and pop the wheel back on and continue driving.

thanks guys, yeah he has a quick release hub, so you can yank the wheel off. we were doing 80mph down i-75, scaring the shit out of the canadians.  made for a great picture.
the BBS wheels (RS's) run anywhere between a grand to $2500 depending on sizes and condition. shit, some fully polished, all original sets will fetch $5k. most of the current sets floating around are coming in from japan, so most require adapters to fit VW's. |
