I have a broken one of these laying around waiting to be thrown out.

...but the touchscreen still works fine and I'd like to build a pc that can use it as a monitor.
Does anyone here know how to interface a pc video card with something like this? Is there a method for figuring out the pin-out of a generic display device that someone could point out to me?
Google has not helped.

aw fuck that. I thought I had remembered it correctly.
UMPC is the commercial application to the integration side it's shit for what you need.
There was a site not so long ago that had very small computers [used in the ol' bluetooth rifile] that used a GUMSTIX computer... that was the link.
They have similar design goals [link to my LCD] and as such follow through with this LCD:
http://pubs.gumstix.org/documents/Displays/LTE430WQ-F0C_PI_Rev001_GENERAL.PDF
your mission is to find an interface board that links to the pin outs for your display.
but seriously that work seems mostly done:
http://gumstix.com/store/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=31&products_id=196
it has a controller built in too--but what ever, this should get you into the right territory.
