Bring your recipes here niggas. I'll start.
Taco Lasagna
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 jalapeno pepper (optional)
1 medium onion
1 package of flour tortillas (or corn if that is what you are into)
1 8 oz package of shredded mexican cheese
1 medium tomato chopped
Fresh cilantro chopped
Brown the ground beef and drain excess oil. Chop the onion and the jalapeno and then add it and the taco seasoning to the beef along with one cup of water. Stir over medium heat until the water is evaporated. Layer the ground beef, the cheese and then the tortillas in a casserole dish and top off with a little extra cheese. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes at around 300 degrees until the cheese is sufficiently melted. Take it out of the oven and immediately top with tomato and cilantro.
EAT THAT SHIT WHILE IT IS HOT.

Chili Burrito - 4 Servings
INGREDIENTS
2 cups heated chili _ any chili will do
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomato
DIRECTIONS
1. Warm tortillas according to package directions. Spoon 1/2 cup of chili onto each tortilla; top with cheese, rice, lettuce, and tomato; fold in ends and sides.
Disclaimer : this is not my receipe but I have made it and its good, but messy and give you chili farts.
