For those of you that have been missing the pollack, he's surfaced, sorta.
I messaged him mid-October, finally curious enough where fuckface was to reach out and type out a message. I figured he was in some kind of retarded unplugged domestic bliss. Today, everybody who had friended him (guessing, since guitarjon also got one of these) got one of these:

unfortunately [chex's name] is currently in jail, but will be released feb 22, 2008.

So, lol. I guess a nigga is in jail. If we find out why, let's post it here. I dunno how often she checks his Facebook account.
Amusingly, this also occurred...

So the whole thing could be bullshit.

Damn, I never got the UPDATE. Asshole.
I've wondered more than once where chexy-hole was, for we chatted many a late night on aim.
I don't think hes signed on for months....so the story makes sense.
'Specially now that I recall our 'late night' conversations.
Hopefully all will work out and hopefully he is just in a county facility, and not a state facility. :'(

No, county or 'local jail houses' are usually reserved for those serving around a year or less incarcerated or while awaiting trial.
A State Penitentiary is usually filled with people serving over 1 year sentences, they vary in security levels and are usually 60% filled with black people. Not because they commit crimes more often or because there are more black people in the US than other races, but because you know....white people write the laws.
So, what I can gleam from the small bits of info here, its possible Chex is residing in a state facility right now or could be near home in a county lock-up, his 'case' probably determined that.
Either way it sucks and hopefully he will get out and write a badass journal entry about it.
Hopefully he just went to a rehab or some shit and we are wrong.
