Ok history buffs, who the hell is this?

It looks like a 19th century French Military uniform & Medals to me. Too young to be Napoleon. My best guess right now is Jean Lannes but I really don't know. The Foundry mark is French, the Sculptor is 19th century.
Anyone have a Guess?

Can I see a closeup of the foundry mark?
Is this pressed copper/brass over a die type piece?
I have a lot of foundry contacts worldwide, and this shit interests the hell outa me, maybe I can help.

Foundry mark? What is this, some kind of pressed ornamental plate?

Its a 19th Century Bronze Plaque with a relief portrait in death of some mystery dude whom I'm guessing is one of Napoleon's Favorite Generals Jean Lannes who died of his Wounds in battle (3 lb cannon ball to the groin) at about 40.

I guess that explains why only the top half of him is shown.

No foundry near that address, maybe the artist's residence/studio?
I sent this info to one of my suppliers (St Gobain), they might know something about this.
LOL KAHUNAEDIT, I was using Steel's computer and fagged this up.
