The T-shirts have been made -- and they fucking suck in my opinion.
Long story shortened: I finally broke down and went with a local place that paid attention to copyright issues and thus wouldn't print the pinhead picture on the back. Somehow I've been busy enough that when I went in to approve the proof (hey, your printer works, awesome work, guys) I missed the fact that the word "pinhead" was missing from the text on the back and that although the .psd files I submitted to her clearly used not-white text on a not-black background, she was all set to use plain white text anyway and not the gently greyish off-white I'm typing in as we speak (so a reason for the proofing process becomes clear after all).
So the front says "LinkSwarm.com" and the back says "Chased us around for much of the rest of the afternoon" which isn't what we decided, though makes just enough kind of relevant sense that I'm not punching myself in my face and am instead going to forge ahead with a sense of purpose and will possibly give the spares away to fat chicks at the fan expo tomorrow.
However: Those of you who I have long promised shirts to (who are probably falling out of their chairs currently) will get a copy in the appropriate size (I kept a dog-eared list of everyone's sizes that should probably be framed and shipped off to a museum): wear it or shit on it as the mood takes you. I'm putting out feelers to get more made and each of you who paid me (in 1872 dollars) for a shirt will get one of the new ones for free, too. I will include a vial of sperm upon request, suitable for immediate implantation in the well-formed female of your choosing.

chances are the printer checked out linkswarm.com, was disgusted in what they saw, and proceeded to fuck up yer shirts.

Turn-around time should be 2-3 days for all of you except you in Wales, which he said like 7-10 days.
I have tentacles out now to get more, and better, shirts made. I don't think it's going to happen in time for BBP, though. All of you who were mailed a shirt today will get one of the new ones on me, since I made you wait about a trillion years and then delivered half-assed goods.
