It's time. The last one was in 2005. What the fuck have I been doing? What the fuck have you been doing? I suppose that's what we get for doubling up last time around.
This one's in Boston, last week of September:
Thursday September 27
Friday September 28
Saturday September 29
Sunday September 30
The LBP and I will be carpooling in with other CNY fucks probably late Thursday night, hopefully meeting up with as many of you pricks as possible, checking in to some hotel, then heading out to booze up, and we will continue doing that until Sunday afternoon, at which point we depart.
As for the hotel: we don't have one picked out yet, but we'll be getting a block of rooms. (I think this time around I want to have one room designated as the party room, and you can sleep in it, but at your own risk of being awakened and/or raped and/or drawn on and generally fucked with. This is not to say you cannot get petey-eyed in your own hotelroom.)
What I'd like to do is get relatively firm commitments on who's in, so we can handle the hotelroom reservations. This part is usually the real pain in the ass, as different people have differing lengths of stay and then plans always change anyway and now people's slice of the overall monetary pie changes, so let's try to minimize the frustration and hatred.
According to the LBP, last time around, the full hotel bill worked out to like $100/person, which I find startling, but I think we all had rooms with two double beds, which we'll want to do again.

Post here if you want a room -- we're reserving. We'll try to do it in a way that lets us add more rooms on later, but I dunno if I can guarantee that.
Left to our own devices, I think we'll get three rooms -- the party room, one for me/LBP/SBP/whoever-else-I'm-humping, and one that will get paid for by somebody for sure (mundhra?). Then I'll try my best to figure out how many people remain that are committed, divide by four, and get that many double rooms on top. However that plays out, we'll divvy it up as sensible. If you don't specifically request a room, you'll end up dicksies-to-bumsies with god knows who, with a tab for one quarter of one room, plus one attendee's share of the party room, times number of nights stayed.
But if you want to guarantee your own room, speak up now. We'll probably bust a move tomorrow night on the reservations.

Since Friday into Saturday looks to be my rock out time, I intend to chip in for room space.
