Zodiac tells the story of the Zodiac Killer and newspaper cartoonist Robert Graysmith's quest to identify him. The movie is enjoyable, although pretty long at 2:35. The suspenseful parts of the movie can usually be trumped by the viewer knowing whats going to happen (or can/can't happen) because the movie is based on fact (though loosely according to some). So, not knowing anything about the Zodiac Killer will help boost entertainment value for you. The acting is decent, the casting is full of 'hey, THAT guy!', and it has a nice look to it. Although, there were some cgi add-ins that seemed very unnecessary to me (boats, planes, certain buildings). The cgi environments were good, but noticeable.
Zodiac, although factual, follows the old formula of the 'passionate investigator' movie. So don't expect much insight into the killer, or really even the killings, aside from a few.
4/5
