Wotak: Uart, I am using my current situation as an example of our local shit storm - not asking for a woe party. My point is, the things that the common man relies upon as security ie, jobs, home equity and savings are currently being eroded at a rate that defies explanation. Luckily my wife and I are in a position to absorb a 50K loss - but if it's 50K in three measly years, where does it all end? Many Americans simply can't afford to stay afloat. Everything is getting more expensive faster than our incomes are able to grow and at the same time the dollars we do have are worth less.

So the federal government should take some money from Bill Gates and give it to these Americans who can't stay afloat?

This is the point I'm making regarding my case and our local plight. Why are there not enough jobs? Who is responsible for that? This isn't about WOTAK, it's about middle class America in general.

Not enough jobs has a lot to do with the minimum wage, actually.

I'm not going to run down your list of replies because it's obvious that we don't see eye to eye and there's no sense in cutting one another to scraps over political leanings.

Pussy. C'mon. I'm not like Loki, I use vaseline when I buttsecks you.

All I have to say is the Pharmas, Oils, Insurances and Banks own this government - and strangely enough they are the only ones recording plump profits during this economic shitstorm.

Yep. So vote for the guy who has the least to gain from those companies -- Ron Paul.

Yes I need their products, but that doesn't mean they should be able to collectively rape me without some fucking checks and balances. In my opinion they are not regulated by this government

Sure they are. The regulations are designed by the Hillary Clinton's of the world, however, to protect the corporations from you (and keep Hillary in the luxurious style she is accustomed to).

and while I appreciate that they need to profit to stay alive, I disagree that my dwindling wallet should be hijacked to ensure that they always come out with the highest possible profit margin. I don't believe that middle class America can continue to float this unbridled, unchecked greed.

Ok, I think you may have missed my subtlety -- I agree. I want to have a free market where we don't pay up the ass for shit because Canada wants to pay less than us (thnx LK). If I ran the Pharmaceutical company I'd tell Canada (and the rest of the world) to go to hell, and only sell in places that don't limit my prices to unmanageable levels.

You just seem to think that some combination of "regulation" and prob. more taxes will solve all your problems. Maybe on a short-term basis, but in the end, it'll come back to haunt you.

Socialism is a clusterfuck, but the only ones leaving satisfied are the people running the socialist state.

If you support Dr. Paul then I suggest you try and help him get some exposure by nominating him for a CNN Heroes award (whatever the fuck that is).

Some info you will need for the nomination form:

mail@ronpaul2008.com
703-248-9115
Lake Jackson, Texas 77566

Sadly, most of our media dosen't really cover Dr. Paul's campaing and Ron Paul is rarely included in the CNN or FOX viewer polls. So if you like his message, try and help get his name out there.

You can also shoot a quick email and request Ron Paul as a guest to be on the Tonight Show: tonightshowfeedback@nbcuni.com

Or Letterman: cbsmailbag@aol.com

Any press is good press...

Uart: So the federal government should take some money from Bill Gates and give it to these Americans who can't stay afloat?

Well, yes. Billy is making mega money in a country that allows, promotes, supports and encourages his actions, talents and products. Do you REALLY think he'd be as rich in a country like China?

Yes, he should have to pump back a bit of the frosting on par with the frosting that I have to pump back. I pay taxes and they tend to cramp my hobbies. I pay those taxes without question. When do you think was the last time Bill Gates' hobbies were cramped by paying taxes?

I say, Level the playing field. He can afford more taxes than I can, let him pay. I think that's fair. If you don't, well then, you're moar faggot than I'd have ever guessed.

Uart: Not enough jobs has a lot to do with the minimum wage, actually.

I never mentioned minimum wage, so I have no idea what reason you have for bringing it into this particular conversation.

Uart: Pussy. C'mon. I'm not like Loki, I use vaseline when I buttsecks you.

I enjoy smooth much more than ruff. You will too. You just have to breathe a few million more times. Everyone get's fucked, uart, your time will come.

wotak: All I have to say is the Pharmas, Oils, Insurances and Banks own this government - and strangely enough they are the only ones recording plump profits during this economic shitstorm.,

Uart: Yep. So vote for the guy who has the least to gain from those companies -- Ron Paul.

Yep. I've never heard that before... What we need to fix this country isn't another "Ron Paul". What we need is an uprising. We need a fucking revolution that reminds the greased pigs in the White House that democracy is government BY THE PEOPLE - FOR THE PEOPLE Not a buffet of random faceless poorer people for the rich to exploit as they see fit because they can legally lobby to buy the vote of the talking heads us morons put into office to build laws around us.

Open your eyes fella. The answer isn't another talking head. The answer is action by the people being lined up to be sucked through a straw by the Enrons of the world.

Uart: Sure they are. The regulations are designed by the Hillary Clinton's of the world, however, to protect the corporations from you (and keep Hillary in the luxurious style she is accustomed to).

(sarcasm)Yes - because the corporations need to be protected from the average consumer(/sarcasm). Do you even think about this poop before you loosen up that floppy mess between your ass cheeks and allow it to dribble craps like that into this otherwise perfect internet? Shame on you.

There isn't a member on this site, or any that I can name, with the monetary muscle to even begin to play the "court game" with enterprises like EXXON and their ilk in a manner that can "hurt" them.

The average man (THIS MEANS YOU) has ZERO power to harm EXXON or any such super power, so stop trying to tickle my dink with your bullshit pussy. I wasn't born yesterday, UART. I know a shitty fuck when I smell one.

Slotak: and while I appreciate that they need to profit to stay alive, I disagree that my dwindling wallet should be hijacked to ensure that they always come out with the highest possible profit margin. If I ran the Pharmaceutical company I'd tell Canada (and the rest of the world) to go to hell, and only sell in places that don't limit my prices to unmanageable levels.

Don't squirm up next to me and offer to give me a hummer after attempting to assault me with your bullshit pussy.

If these mega corporations were forced to donate a fair share of their earnings back into the infrastructure, education and wellbeing of this nation, I wouldn't mind being raped by them as much. As it stands, all YOU have to offer is another talking head.

Umart: You just seem to think that some combination of "regulation" and prob. more taxes will solve all your problems. Maybe on a short-term basis, but in the end, it'll come back to haunt you.

Yes - more taxes given by the richest will be fair in this democracy.

Yes - more regulation to curb the loopholes that the richest currently use to hide their loot from the tax system will be fair in this democracy.

Yes - Protection for the American consumer from corporations that use fear and bullshit teevees to extort unfair prices for their products will be fair in this democracy.

(starznbars) Yes- I want the types of corporations that demand more money for things like gasoline at the drop of a thundersorm in the gulf *based upon prepaid FOX-FEAR-TeeVeesNEWZ tactics* to be regulated and treated like the unfair, terrorist loving profiteers that they are. Fuck you atop your mother if you stand behind cuntwaffles like them-there unAmerican bastards! (/starznbars)

No - it's not about just my problems, it's about yours as well. I proudly share this nation with people unafraid and allowed to speak their minds. People like you. I just wish more of you would free your motherfucking minds and lay off the moving images between the commercials for long enough to do a bit more thinking on your own.

I agree...but are you willing to do anything to forward this goal?
Maybe go out and march in a protest?
Get arrested?
Die?

Typing on the internet is one thing but applying the principals which you live by(and believe your country should live by) is a whole new ball game.

I'm ready to play ball (and frankly have been playing ball(s) for a few years now.

Come on in, the waters of dissent are just warming up.

Yes. Do I have any idea what to do that would be a effective? No.

Maybe go out and march in a protest?

Yes.

Get arrested?

For simply protesting, yes.

Die?

I think that any man who sincerely loves his family could be pushed into a position where he's willing to die for them. Given the correct circumstances, I'm sure I would die for mine if I felt it was the most effective statement I could manage. Would I just die to prove a point? No, that's silly and would accomplish nothing but my deadness.

Typing on the internet is one thing but applying the principals which you live by(and believe your country should live by) is a whole new ball game.

Sure, discussion of dissent and actual dissent are completely different animals. I do not think Americans have been exploited enough to reach the boiling point, en mass, that you are hinting at but I can see that point being reached in my lifetime. When people come together and agree that they've had enough and agree to do something about it - then agree WHAT to do to effectively fix the situation; Freedom happens. I'm down with that.

I'm ready to play ball (and frankly have been playing ball(s) for a few years now.

Good. When you need a like minded soldier to help carry out the master plan, call me. Just don't offer me a solution in the form of another talking head. This country isn't going to be voted back into a fair and just democracy. It's going to need to be taken back by force. Ron Paul isn't the answer, nor is Obama or Clinton or any other talking head. The answer was suggested by our forefathers when they made the declaration that began this government and I'm damn sure down with that. The government must fear the people. When the people all live in fear of the government, freedom is no longer theirs.

Well, yes. Billy is making mega money in a country that allows, promotes, supports and encourages his actions, talents and products. Do you REALLY think he'd be as rich in a country like China?

Honestly, yes. Microsoft has a history of cheating to get ahead, and that's what rules in the commie/socialist state. Of course, if he took one step in the wrong direction, the Chinese would take it all away from him. Then again, in that scenario, he would still benefit from the government. Everyone does. In every system. It doesn't make Robin Hood right.

I'd prefer a free market where you can't get in bed with the government to fuck with your competition.

Yes, he should have to pump back a bit of the frosting on par with the frosting that I have to pump back. I pay taxes and they tend to cramp my hobbies. I pay those taxes without question. When do you think was the last time Bill Gates' hobbies were cramped by paying taxes?

You might want to make some more money then.

I say, Level the playing field. He can afford more taxes than I can, let him pay. I think that's fair. If you don't, well then, you're moar faggot than I'd have ever guessed.

Yes, but if we all paid the SAME taxes, and just stopped demanding that the rich subsidize our BS whims for governmental intervention we can ALL pay less in taxes. And TRUST me, lower taxes is good. Bill Gates does not now, and will never have a billion dollars in cash lying in his checking account -- he's going to invest it, and that will create jobs.

Uart: Not enough jobs has a lot to do with the minimum wage, actually.

I never mentioned minimum wage, so I have no idea what reason you have for bringing it into this particular conversation.

The minimum wage is a "regulation." I'm demonstrating that regulation can and does screw you in the end.

Yeah, well, you'll definitely get that by voting for Hillary.

Open your eyes fella. The answer isn't another talking head. The answer is action by the people being lined up to be sucked through a straw by the Enrons of the world.

LOL. No. Well, yeah, a revolution would be cool, but you'll once again make it worse, because a revolution would undoubtedly be lead by your favorite communist demigods. Communists prefer a totalitarian state, so they can rule you with an iron fist.

Ron Paul isn't a talking head. He's someone who hasn't expressed any sort of desire to tell you what to do with yourself.

I agree. They don't need to be protected. But they are. Hillary gets millions of dollars from Exxon -- do you REALLY think she would tell Exxon to stop overcharging poor little Wotak?

There isn't a member on this site, or any that I can name, with the monetary muscle to even begin to play the "court game" with enterprises like EXXON and their ilk in a manner that can "hurt" them.

Incorrect. Plaintiff lawyers don't get paid up-front. If the matter is small on the individual level, you can go class-action. Plaintiff Lawyers LOVE class-action suits, and TRUST ME -- a $500million settlement makes a difference.

The average man (THIS MEANS YOU) has ZERO power to harm EXXON or any such super power, so stop trying to tickle my dink with your bullshit pussy. I wasn't born yesterday, UART. I know a shitty fuck when I smell one.

On your own, of course. You also can't complain and say, "well gee, you're not charging me $0.50 per gallon like you used to 30 years ago! Not fair!"

Big corporations have to deal with the economy too. AND they're under a lot of pressure from people like you, who own their stock, to go out there and keep making "record profits," because it looks nice on CNBC. Buy a few shares and raise hell if you don't like it.

If these mega corporations were forced to donate a fair share of their earnings back into the infrastructure, education and wellbeing of this nation, I wouldn't mind being raped by them as much. As it stands, all YOU have to offer is another talking head.

I'm hungry, I think you should donate your fair share to buy me a sandwich. $3 please. Tomorrow as well.

I want a system where there is NOTHING for the "mega corporation" to take from the system, and therefore nothing to give back.

Yes - more taxes given by the richest will be fair in this democracy.

No. But even if it is the case, then this democracy would be unfair.

Yes - more regulation to curb the loopholes that the richest currently use to hide their loot from the tax system will be fair in this democracy.

Or, eliminate the need for loopholes. Decrease the size and scope of government, lower taxes, simplify the code, and there won't be that option.

Yes - Protection for the American consumer from corporations that use fear and bullshit teevees to extort unfair prices for their products will be fair in this democracy.
I don't want to protect them. You really believe that regulations do something, which is sad, because that sort of government intervention is what created the bullshit that makes you so pissed.

No - it's not about just my problems, it's about yours as well. I proudly share this nation with people unafraid and allowed to speak their minds. People like you. I just wish more of you would free your motherfucking minds and lay off the moving images between the commercials for long enough to do a bit more thinking on your own.
Dude. You are totally party-lining the democrats.

I'm supporting Ron Paul. Ron Paul doesn't get mentioned on TV unless they're giving him grief about online polls. Free YOUR mind.

It seems like everything needs a label anymore...

HAY UART/WOTAK

You see your balls?

They are touching, and that is gay.

Wotak, your list does sound a bit like a tale of woe, but I get your talking points, you listed your interpretations of shit that relates to you. Uart, you then proceeded to skool little d00ds (LOL Irony) right from the Libertarian playbook, which is full of good theoretical shit, that no country in the world embraces totally. Then Wotak states that he doesnt want to fite on the internets, but Uart states that he is not like L0ki (truth) and shit will be alrite.

Wotak then starts to haul out the old peepeedance subroutines and you take his hand in yours and take the lead and shit up a thread about Ron Paul with all this sk00ling and peepeedancing.

I humbly suggest that you funnel this gay into, say, a thread about whats wrong and how to fix it?

in 2003, DR RON PAUL, OBGYN wrote:

The Founding Fathers envisioned a robustly Christian yet religiously tolerant America, with churches serving as vital institutions that would eclipse the state in importance. Throughout our nation’s history, churches have done what no government can ever do, namely teach morality and civility. Moral and civil individuals are largely governed by their own sense of right and wrong, and hence have little need for external government. This is the real reason the collectivist Left hates religion: Churches as institutions compete with the state for the people’s allegiance, and many devout people put their faith in God before their faith in the state. Knowing this, the secularists wage an ongoing war against religion, chipping away bit by bit at our nation’s Christian heritage. Christmas itself may soon be a casualty of that war.

OMG! The Libs are gonna steal XMAS!

Someone should ask him about that quote today. I'd like to hear his response because that sounds like a republican saying exactly what his Wal*Mart republican base (at the time) wanted to hear.

I'm not hearing this angle in his recent head bobbings but I'm curious about where his heart lies... if you know what I mean.

His recent bobbings tend to beg for the support of the left. That quote is as right as it gets. What gives?
