These guys are surprising, in the current wasteland of overhyped single-trick elliotsmith/whitestripes clones, for being able to somehow consistently come up with interesting and infectious tunes. I wish it was less unique an event.

i downloaded some stuff from these guys a while back, but couldn't really get into it. i like the newer song, though. perhaps i'll grab that album and revisit them.

Maybe it's because i'm way past prime, but I never really hear new music anymore. I usually find good bands when they play here, which is how I discovered these guys, and Sigur Ros a few years back.
