Will someone explain to me a simple, straight-forward way to make a humble dropdown menu with little happy highlights on hover (like Linkswarm has now), or point me to a link? |

My first shareware attempt was a nigga-script menu builder. You can check it out here - it works great with IE and Mozilla/Netscape, but sadly when FireFox was released it broke my script. Still it was a fun exercise. You can check it out here. If you're running IE, take a look at the cross-frames sample; its pretty tough.
At the time, I looked at a lot of other menu builders, and this one beats them all, hands down: SoThink
