I would miss the Dead planet theme as well as the other great features LS has to offer. What's the point of RSS anyway, to get something that would otherwise be unavailable in a particular format or hardware.?

I remember starting a forum called 'Japanese LinkSwarm' when I found a site with LS links, and Vas said it a RSS feed (from what I recall). Is there a difference ?. And by RSS feeds for journals and forums, do you mean non Swarm journals ?

I think vas is asking whether we want separate RSS feeds for LS journals and forums--that way one would only have to add a live bookmark to see the most recent changes/additions. For my money, it wouldn't be worth it--I'm too much in the enjoyable habit of loading the site and scanning it manually for updates.
I'm not asking for site changes--just patiently waiting for the mythical Linkswarm v2.0, where all things will be searchable/clipable. |

I agree with Shai-Hulud. I don’t see more than a handful of swarmers using it. I prefer loading the site manually; sometimes I open links that I would normally pass over the first time and discover some gold.
