Every year Vas and the niggas who live in close range have a stupid party that 1/16 of the LS population cannot be a part of. Has anyone ever thought about having an online bash?
Webcams, fast computers and liquor. I have BD forums ready and willing to go, what about LS? Can we plan the largest online, webcam drinking bash in the history of the internets? If everyone downloads Yahoo IM, posts their stupid name, we can plan a conference with 20+ people and all talk live and on camera, drinking and seeing eachother, live. I think it would be a huge success and a fun way to meet people that probably would never cross paths at a BBP.

On the surface it sounds like fun. Maybe it would be a hoot to do this on a regular basis. Monthly or something.
But sitting around watching eachother booze it up lacks the bonding and in person ass hattery of a real party.

I've been thinking it would be interesting to use something like this to set up LinkSwarm conference calls.
Then we after it's perfected it (ie make it wicked hawt), we could charge $1.99 per/minute for hardcore LinkSwarm action.

I assume Yahoo IM is the idea because it has some pukey integrated conferencing crap?
We essentially already do this in IRC on an unplanned basis more or less constantly.

Every time I think of BBP the possibility of seeing all of you people in person is such a mindfuck that I can barely comprehend the kind of atomic reaction that might occur when my REAL life encounters my INTERNET life. But the sadness of the "lets look at eachother take shots over a webcam" idea is terrible-its like a social filter through a chemical filter through a communication filter of hanging out with some friends.
