I am trying to stay away from porn, but sexy teasing video. But I do get your point, and yes, hardcord obviously gets more views that is for sure.
I am not sure if we will stand out, just play around. so far not doing too bad. Afterall, video is hot, and we only have easy to view video. The purpose is to get your heart beating a little faster while u don't have to watch it in your bed room.

Soft core is OK and has a fair audience. But you seem to have an identity crises. Your design is too harsh for soft core or erotica. I don't begrudge you your revenue but you need to be a little less blatent.
Try to find content that is less common.
This is the kindest review I've done it two weeks.

yes, I do have "identity crisis" and constantly thinking what to go next for this site. Frankly, we are getting quite a few hits from referer sites and we are already top 100k alexa ranking even though we are only 5 weeks young. And, we can continue to grow traffic easily into 10k with this method. (so I am not here to get the clicks)
The problem is, it's not a natural traffic. We really want to have best video content found on the Internet and build up regular followers for direct traffic.
As u can see, I have posted some entertaining rather than soft core video today I think it's more pleasant to watch and people can watch it anywhere they are, don't have to close their doors.
What u all think?
We do have very strong technical team to build video search engine if we want. We initially thought to build another video hosting but there are just too many out there! So are porn video sites.

I am curious about this too.
100% of the videos on your front page bear other sites' watermarks; 4 of them from metacafe, 1 of them from yourdailymedia. If I were on a porn hunt, it would probably occur to me the second or third time I saw that watermark that I could just go to that site and get a full feed.
