I gots a Pentium(R) D CPU 2.66GHZ 2.67 GHZ.
I googled "Dual Core Tweaking","Tweaking your Dual Core CPU" and Pentium(R)D tweaking" with no luck. Anyone tweaked a dual core yet?
I tried FIX#2 http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=983781 but noticed nothing.

I've heard of software called, (I think) Parallel and Boot Camp.
The only context I've heard of them in, though, has been to use XP on the new MacBooks.
sorry, I don't know anything about the software, or if it will work for your chip; but there's always Google.
