We got beat up pretty bad with thunderstorms last night in the desert here. So I took a picture of the lightning from my back yard last night.

That's an incredible photo.
Simply beautiful.
Eye know some people who are photographers, and from what eye've heard, it takes some serious patience and timing to take a snapshot like that.

Here is one I had sitting around from Down at the Beach as Hurricane Katrina was blowing over Florida with WInds about 90mph before heading to NOLA
