Anyone here big into photography? I currently have a 300D with a 28-135 IS USM lens but am about to upgrade to the new 30D, 580EX, and maybe the 50mm 1.8 or Tamron 17-50 XR Di II LD Aspherical [IF]. I guess I'm going to wait for replies before I ask any questions. I know there are better forums for this but you all keep it more real.
Oh, if anyone wants to buy my 300D off me I'll give you a good price.

Here are the details:
I bought the camera off ebay around this time last year with a cheap lens that ended up breaking.
The camera has hacked firmware so it has all the custom functions of a 10D such as mirror lockup and flash sync at 1/250.
The battery died a few months ago so I bought a brand new canon brand battery and have charged it twice.
I have the original manual, but no box.
I will include a 80x 1GB compact flash card if you want it
I am only selling the body, no lens, but I will be more than happy to help you find a nice lens and answer any other questions, although I am not the best photographer.
I havent had any problems with it
All the photographs taken here http://bigdoug2005.deviantart.com/gallery/ were by me with the 300D.
I will post pics of the camera when I get home if you are still interested. Its silver and has some scratches on the bottom. I clean it when I use it so its in good condition. I'll take any test shots that you want.
Im asking $400 + S&H
Also, I can order the kit lens (18-55mm) with my 30D and I will include it for the exact price I pay for it, I think its around $50 and should be less than buying it seperate.
