HI.
I've got this page that has tons of alarm manuals that I want to download. There is about 400 pdf's and I certainly have no patience to individually click each link.
Do any of you swarmers know of a way to batch these downloads? I have heard of plug-ins or programs that can crawl the site and download all the pdf's while I step away from the computer, but I cannot find anything like that on the net.
Advice please.

A good friend of mine owns an alarm company, and getting all those manuals on his person at any given time on the job is like hitting a gold mine.
Imagine showing up at a clients house who only wants you to repair her 40 year-old alarm system. Having the manual and wiring diagram on hand can save your day. Especially when he travels hundreds of miles to jobs on a regualr basis.

Tell him to carry a laptop and put 'em all on CD. Beats carting 300 lb of paper around.

wget can rape a website easy. but you'll have to read up on how to do it, as it's a commandline only deal.
-m is mirror i beleive, as in make a copy of the entire site/internets. but i think you may need to do things like limit it to only the one site and stuff. it's been a while since i've used it. look it up, if the firefox extension ain't doin it for you.
also, (just looked at the site) i'm not sure how well it handles php, so it may or may not work quite right for this. just fyi'ing you
