I`m gonna try it out tomorrow when I wake up.I will more than likely uninstall it shortly thereafter.I normally hate RPG`s,but it`s worth a shot I guess.I like to try them before I buy them.
Seems as though it got released a bit early eh?It`s all over the place.

Just got done trying out Chrome Specforce. So far it doesn`t look like a bad game.Kinda like a cross between Halo and UT.I went through the training mission, but now I have shit to do around here.
I will try it out later on today and let you know what I think.Someone posted somewhere that they were playing it with an xp2400 cpu/gig ram/fx 5700 with next to lowest settings and they say it was playable.

Well damn,I stand corrected. This game isn`t that bad at all.It is kinda like a FPS.Gonna play it some more to see if it`s worth buying.I don`t see any option to play online though, which to me is half the fun...

No online play. Its an rpg, not an mmorpg.
I think the game is going to rape my computer. I need more ram and a video card. |

When I see RPG I automatically think of mad online larping. That is what I thought this would be.I was pleasantly surprised that I could kill and eat rats with my newly acquired swords.I couldn`t believe it was in first person view.
What specs is your PC?Mine ran fine with Geforce 6200/gig dual corsair xms/xp3200.

well, I only got a geforce fx 5200 and 512 ram. Poor as fuck too, especially with various fines and tickets from the law.
I find the ability to hack down innocent townsman as the best part of the games.

ive played about three hours so far and it isn't what i expected. The beginning of the game puts you in a dark dungeon/sewer system fighting rats that can jump 10 feet. i hate dark dungeons and crappy enemies. it kinda has a track game feel to it. morrowind kicked ass compared to this.

A fun little Radiant AI story.
Everyone was talking about stealing all of an NPCs food and seeing what they do before the game came out, so I decided to try exactly that. I found some poor farmer chick, broke into her house, and stole every bit of food I could find. I also took all of her gold, to make sure she couldn't easily buy more. Then I just followed her around for a whole day to see what she did.
At first, it seemed like she wasn't bothered by the lack of food. For the first day, she just went about her regular business. Then by the second day, she stopped at a barrel and picked up some food that was stashed in there. Blast! Foiled. I loaded up a save a few minutes prior and stole all the food from there, too, then continued following her around.
Eventually, she went to work down by the vineyards. She plowed the fields for a while, but I guess the hunger finally got to her. After work, she went into stealth mode and started sneaking up behind one of the other farmers. Suddenly, I hear "Pickpocket! Pickpocket!". Along with the guard, the farmer she stole from starts chasing after her with his hoe. Eventually, she's killed, and I go to check the corpse: In her inventory was a carrot with a red hand print.
It's reading shit like this that keeps me curious about the game even though the minute-to-minute gameplay isn't all that fun.

FYI, search torrentspy for the Oblivion Strategy Guide. It's there and it weighs in at ~650mb.
I don't have time to devote my life to figuring all this shit out, gimme the damn guide.
