All,
I ran this passed Vas to make sure it was ok. He said to do it. So here goes!!
I have set up a blog via blogger. It has audioblogger enabled so anyone can call in and leave a post. Then they can link that post from the blog to anyplace they want in linkswarm.
the blogs url is:
http://linkswarmaudioblog.blogspot.com
Instructions
1. Call this number from any phone - 1.415.856.0205
2.Then enter the primary number
which I set as 800.123.4567
3. Then you enter the super secret 4 digit pin
which I set to 1337 (dorktastic but hard to forget)
4. Then the automated guy will tell you to go ahead and record your post. There is a 5 minute limit and you have to press a number when you are done to accept what you have recorded. Then there is another number that the autod00d will ask you to press if you are done.
I hope this is usefull to everyone. I was thinking that it might be fun. And that people could leave a link to their audio blog post in lieu of a comment.
I wasn't sure where to post this, or how to let everyone know, so I did it in a forum so peeps could give it a go.
Please abuse the fuck out of it like a red headed stepchild.

Are you calling from a cellphone or from a landline?
If from a cell you probably don't have to dial the 1 before the area code but it won't hurt.
If you're on a landline, then yes you have to dial the 1 before the areacode.

Yeah, I was trying to think of a way for people to be able to identify their posts without having to say "This is So and So". Like when it autoposts in the blog there is a preformat that would allow someone to type in their nickname and have it stay in the main post instead of the comments.
Any ideas? JS form maybe? I dunno.
