Anyone know of a cheap way to register gactech as my trademark? I found it for around 1000 so far.

It will take several months for them to process your request. In the meantime you will receive a crapload of official looking mailings from companies that try to trick you into thinking they are the guv and to give them money to protect your trademark for you.
