The weif just brought home teh new Work laptop and would like to werk arounf teh house wireless. Anyone have any advice about wireless routers?

Great router.

I have had no problems with it

Great router.

I have had no problems with it

same linksys WRT54g 802.11g router. I also upgraded the firmware with hyperWRT because my gen had a problem with holding onto TCP reconnects for too long. This was a major problem when I tried to use teh torrentzes, because the router would try to reconnect to lost connections for 3 days. There is a bunch of stuff about it here. The upgrade adds a few other nice features as well.

My WRT54 from linksys randomly drops the internet and the only way to fix it is to unplug the router for a few seconds and plug it back in.
