1. Thread derailers. This can also be considered "me too" posters. You do nothing but make me have to move my mouse so that I can click the next page button sooner.
2. Gross image posters. There's a time and place for it, but not "just cause". Case in point, nasty poont. Totally unwanted and again, off-topic.

1. Automatically using the term “tentacle” as an all-encompassing dismissal of certain members or certain posts. By all means, if you feel the need to dismiss a member or their comments it is your right to do so but try to base your opinion on their output not the fact that they choose to veil themselves in a persona. Likewise, do you yell “tentacle” at the movie screen every time an actor you recognize portrays a different character? I’ll admit the abuse of these methods can get annoying, stupid, and confusing but let’s judge according to substance not style.
2. Complaints. OR more pointedly, the obligatory whining about the fact that you don’t agree with the way you are perceived or WORSE you don’t agree with they way things HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HERE, EVEN BEFORE YOU ARRIVED. The way I have understood LS and what I think makes it so great, is you are allowed to write whatever you want without restriction. That being said, you ARE held accountable by other members in regards to what you write. If you become a regular member, the history of what you have written or submit becomes who you are or how I perceive you to be. Conceivably in this sense, everything you write or link submit is a piece of artwork and you are the artist. When an artist displays their work in public they then open themselves up to the judgement of the masses. If you can’t handle critiques or rejection then try to be less shitty or give up the craft all together. For now, 85% or what I write on LS is designed to make people laugh, sometimes at your expense, sometimes at my own. It’s what I think I’m good at and it’s what I get favorable feedback from. Other people are good at “their” thing. My advice for those of you that suck or feel constantly berated is: you don’t get it so go fuking die. Not that everything I submit is gold or that my opinion really means shit but my accepted opinion coupled with enough respected members around here makes this indefinable world of weird and intelligent amalgam-thought. It’s the world created by the sum of our best part and worst parts. It’s a world in which we are a part of but at the same time always remain guests in. Respect it by not expecting it to conform to your needs. AND truthfully, there’s room and purpose for everyone, including retards. I just get sick of the whining appeals and fukers that take themselves too seriously without being entertaining.
3. Disgruntled and incensed member comments regarding link submission rejection from LS administration or AQ. It got rejected, move on. I concede, the AQ is crazy stuff. It’s like a 75 people going to a whorehouse together and upon arrival voting on the 4 whores they are all going to fuk. Yeah, there is going to be disagreement. But do you really remember the name of the last couple links you got rejected. Does it matter to you that much? Maybe people are getting caught up trying to be in the Top Ten of the Radfactor list, I dunno.
4. The forum venue is a highly inadequate means of interaction for most in comparison to speaking in the same room. It takes skill to convey something in writing. Most lack skill and more importantly anything of importance to report or comment. These people are harbored by the lack of immediate response to their comments (through physical or verbal reaction) and the anonymity (which protects the submitter from accountability). Someday we will think of something better, but for now use everyone you don't like for hate fodder.

Hopefully, everyone aims to contribute something of substance but I enjoy the encouragement of an interesting "lol" post, every now and then. Otherwise, it's sometimes hard to tell what other members think of your comments. Humor is a "reciprical dance" (gay  ) and this forum isn't the best method to try to pull it of. IRC for example, is much better for various reasons.
1.I hate when people take themselves too seriously around here.
2.I hate that some people are so unaware of themselves that they can’t sniff their own faggotry
3.I hate when 2 people square off in an interesting Internet fight, and lack the wheels to take it to legendary lengths like the good olde fights of yore.
4.I hate when people bitch about whether a link is a repeat or old, some things deserve a second look, sometimes people make mistakes.
5.I hate the fact that all the babyheads have scared away a lot of the cool nigers that brought me here in the first place.
6.I hate the fact that IMFRANS has been less verbose as of late.
7.I hate when ppl bitch about the location of the BBP.
8.I hate when people bandy about their military service in the forums to prove some stupid point, like it grants them special insight regarding world events (I still hart Clavis though, HURRY BACK NIGER)
9.I hate when people tell lies that are awe-inspiring and magnificent in their stupidity and get defensive when they are called on it (i.e. “I invented gold…seriously...it was a Jew experiment gone horribly wrong”).
10.I hate when people try to derail every goddam thread, this really means I hate qwerty.
11.I hate reading about every nuance of sfw’s psyche (to his credit, he has been tapering off, good work tender faggot).
12.I hate when people have nothing to add, they toss in their nothing anyway.
13.I hate when an inside joke goes on for too long, or is overused way too much (humor is delicate, stop killing it).
14.I do not hate stupid spammy noobs, they entertain me to no end, especially when they get indignant, I do hate that certain newish swarmers cant recognize the gold that lays therein, and ruin the happy mining for the rest of us.
15.I hate the fact that shitbox never really snagged my boozebait, yer a good sport, for an alcoholic.

Like I said, *I* hate this. I'm a bit obsessive when it comes to spelling, grammar, and punctuation. I neither know nor care what others think about it, and seriously doubt the poorly-written comments of a few user(s) reflect poorly on the site as a whole. I have the power to ensure that bad grammar/punctuation will never do that on the main page, fortunately.
Right now, it's annoying. I doubt it'll ever be harmful, unless I decide to kill you for it :>

Personally, I don't give a shit. If the person posting has a good grasp of their native language, then capitalization can go right out the window. And if you're making quality posts, like you tend to do, who cares? I'm much more concerned about, say, spelling... but even so, while I've considered putting in various warnings of "don't be a time-wasting shitheel" in the comment forms, it's never occurred to me to try to enforce good spelling.
I steadfastly reserve the right to bring swift and damning personal judgment against people who type in AOLSpeak and related, e.g. Son of Dumbskull. I can't tell you how many times I murdered that poor son of a bitch (lol) in my mind. Luckily, those types never stick around. I've done something right, at least.

1. In the alpha Q when it says 'file not found' or some such as the reject reason. Some sites don't like the voting frame. Copy and paste the actual url into your browser before you reject it.

• I hate that everytime I get near the end of my IRC cartoon, new people start hanging out while I work.
- No one can new can join IRC until I finish in 2007.
• I really, really despise members derailing other members journal entires, especially if they are interesting or serious. I realize an author has the decision to make it public or not, but geez. This is why I have written roughly zero entries in the last year.
• I hate members that log me out when I press their "www" in the forums. You know who you are, you prick bastards.
