I know I don't have many clues, and I don't know the answer, so it's not a contest or anything. I'M SEARCHING FOR AN ANSWER.
K, I saw it on an advertisement for a country CD years ago.
I think he says something like "twenty 'til noon on the fifth of June" but I'm not sure.
He wore a cowboy hat (straw, or white I think) and a pair of brown sunglasses that you could see through.
The song might be about trucking.
PLZ HELP.

Your description narrows it down heaps.
It's a country song about truckin' where the singer looks like a coyboy.
It's like me saying Hilary Duff is a blonde girl who lives in LA.

I found a country lyric site
after a couple of seacrhes, refined the string to:
searched for ?oon June Cowboy Trucker
got three hits
found that CW? dude, read the lyrics, sounded right
