Oh, yes, and most things sechwan (sp) and spicey, dishes that include more than three animals, and Peking Duck, or anything crispy duck.
I like those places where you get drunk and watch them toss shit in front of you when they cook beef, of if the cook catches on fire.
And most anything with hoy sin sauce, including all the moo shi stuff, peking glaze (with plum concentrate) and most of their crockery cooked shit (beef, etc)
