Not very adventureous with Chinese food. Almost always default to the chicken-broccoli combination. Here in Wilkes-Barre, Yang's on South Main Street has just about the best around. I've noticed that they use less cat these days.

I like Shredded Pork with Garlic Sauce, Yu Shiang Chicken, and a dish called Delicacy Gang of Four (three types of meat and shrimp). For appetizer, nothing beats a properly made Crab Rangoon with plum sauce.
I always judge the quality of a Chinese restaurant by how well they can make hot and sour soup -- it's very tricky to get the balance just right. If you're ever in Boston, stop by a place called Changsho -- it serves, bar none, the best "american-style" chinese food around.
