Now this just isn't fair, its so good.

It was Rosie's Birthday, and she LOVES crab legs, but we didn't want to go anywhere. The answer?

To keep dinner from getting too heavy (if you're too full, nobody gets laid), I thought that Yellow Crookneck Squash marinated in Good Seasons mix with a good Basalmic vinegar & Olive Oil would make a nice buttery compliment to the Kabobs.

No oniony blurps later, kinda mellow, with a couple of long mild Itailian peppers to offset the color (Anaheim).

Large Two Spotted Prawns are in season, so I cleaned up a dozen and put them in a mild terriaki glaze. I wrapped each one with a bit of bacon before I put it on the skewer, and the flavor crisped right on over to the squash and mushrooms.

I took a couple of Filets and cubed them in large (1 & a half inch) chunks, then gave them a sesame oil shine and a dry Montreal Rub.

After putting the Kabobs together (2 shrimp, three meat to each), I place the crab into a steamer pot with a little sherry & butter.

The whole mess goes out to the grill, and in a short while....Heaven!
