I agree with the above sentiment that the forums should load up with the most recent post atop the shiznit... but perhaps the first post should always sticky to teh top. For reference sake.
I would also love to be able to add comments to links that I vote + on and have them visable to all when the link hits the Swarm frontend as content.
I think a lot of links are being rejected by "some people" just so they can see their cool rejection comments later and feel leet.
I also think it would be UBER killer to add a :edit required /edit: comment box for deleted links in the AQ. Then when some asshat Alpha deletes a link that he shoulda not have, we all get to assrape him for it in public.
...my two cents. Vas, you're doin' fine enough without my suggestions.
I'm just sayin'.

The one thing I hate is that when you EDIT a forum post, you get sent back to the forum list, instead of the edited post. This is, of course, merely annoying, not a reason to rapekill.

My queue has been full for weeks. I am lucky if I can submit a link per every three to five days. The ones that are in there are either outdated, or I have completely forgotton what they are. Putting in new links are a main attraction for me.
It would be really great if there was a way to clear my own queue, but that's not an option.
My frustration is to the point to where I'm ready to give up and just give up on the whole thing, unplug the computer, sell it, and go back to music full time.
If I disappear, its from disappointment.
After this many years, all I can say is, Awwwwwww......

I'm pretty much sick of the level of commentary of this place at the moment. Maybe I'm missing some amazing conversation but I don't usually even chime in save for political shit which is on my mind. I find that I don't really have much else to contribute to the site at the moment-maybe that was always the case. Anyway, I'm on sabbatical for a while. Peace and love.

This sounds like a mother threatening to commit suicide in order to guilt her son to call her during the holidays (that ungrateful bastard).
There are a ton of links in the queue, a lot get rejected and some get outright deleted (try to look at it from our end).
I know your links are special to you, and if you have something special you absolutely must get bumped to the top, send a pm to the admin-ninjas (me, Vas, Clavis, Sexninja) maybe we can swing something.
Do not fear the private message, it is not a spider, plus this may be a special time where we can intimately share in your rejection, maybe offer a shoulder or an encouraging word/special iguana attack.
But please oh please don't wotak on us.
