I saw that advertise along with Surf Nazis Must Die after watching The Toxic Avenger.
It actually looked a lot better than either of the other two films I mentioned.

Agreed, book was tight though.
Dagwood no like teh Red Dawn. That movie was badassary at its finest for the time....it held a guiness book of world record for violence in a film, 'till Robocop, then Robocop was beatin' by Total Recall...im not sure what takes the cake now or if they even track that shit.
CONGO was terrible too...OMG.

Poor White Trash, Part II
Three of us piled into a rusting Buick and saw this as second feature to "The Hills Have Eyes". They both sucked. Danny ran into the post on the way out of the drive-in driveway and smeared his door shut. Too much PCP.

Another mistake. We had plenty of good thai stick (the real shit brought back from Nam in the early 70's), some mescaline, and enough to eat, with a safe place to go. Instead, we decided the midnight movie was a good idea, and after a miserable hour and a half of sticky floors and bad smells, we went out find that my guitar (Epiphone 6) along with 2 books of my songs from when my wit was still genius, the stereo, a bunch of other shit had been stolen from the van. For some reason, they left a tray in plain site with an ounce and a half of thai and half an ounce of chocolate mescaline behind after ripping up floorboards to find the guitar. Bad movie, bum trip; good stash.
Conquest of the Planet of the Apes
My second cousin (adopted) Carla and I went to see this bomb. We had the teen friskies for each other BAD, and she was Morman, so they advocate that shit, but this movie made the whole thing wilt like burning rubber & ice water. Two limpys

When my buddy Mike told me I HAD to see this, I got in the car & went to the Drive-in, started pulling bong hits, and waited for the movie to start. Half an ounce later, I was still waiting. What the Fruck?
No where is John's deterieration more apparant than in this film for me.

it's a comedy about a pedophile.
there's scenes in it where you're not sure if you should be offended or laugh.
