I'm using Coffee Cup Visual site designer to build my web page because I am not html savy. So far so good but I can't figure out how to embed the video. Or better yet I can't seem to get access to the videos after I load them and set up the link. It keeps wanting to go with the address.. ftp://. Any ideas? Coffee cup doesn't have a topic on this.

The video should have an http address, shouldn't it?
Usually you upload content like video to the public_html folder on your host. Then you link to that. If you don't know the link after uploading, navigate to it after logging in as admin, left click on it once and you'll see the actual http address come up in your information bar... at least that's the way it works with c-panel on a linux server.
