I kinda like gin once or twice a decade. For the record, this is a cool forum catagory that is woefully underused.

Used judiciously, it could still have some value without compromising the whole link submission thing. This is a perfect example, methinks.

i like this link; dunno if i ever noticed it.
i remember my first time with gin in great detail. it was in the dorm of the first college i went to at the end of my first year. 2nd door from the end of the hall lived two guys who drank and smoked like crazy. they didn't wanna lug their remaining booze home so my roomie and i helped them finish it. 'it' being most of a handle of some rotgut gin. we had a gallon jug of iced tea for chaser. no matter how much tea i drank, i couldn't wash out the taste. i think one of the guys even complained that i was drinking all the chaser. toward the end of the bottle we were making pronounced 'ugh' faces. one of the dudes was like 'man, you know what gin tastes like? fucking pine needles and assholes. exactly like pine needles and assholes.'
and he was right.
