Chronic Dislocation of the right shoulder.
Some degenration of the cervical spine.(im 25!)
And two surgeries that have caused unreversable nerve damage. Headaches and shooting-lightning-shock pain throughout the neck, shoulder, and back. Absolutely tremendous!

BeachGoat: sofickingwat

Sorry, but every time I read your name I see it as "some fucking twat" and I crack up. I can't help it. Thanks. It's the little things that help you hang on.

No prob. Screen name is not one of my big worries in life.

Oh, and I did that epi shit after my vas in 1980 for a half a year. my sympathy to you completly . My your pants never bind.

You had a vasectomy in 1980?!?!?! If you were my dad I would have nevAr been born!!

Whats the age range in this group?

Anyways, the nerve block surgery involves the surgeon putting a small catheter next to the nerve that is causeing you the el problemo. That catheter is hooked up to a i v type dealy and it adminiters very small doeses of like morphine. Not enough to affect you just enough to deaden the nerve. They probably issue you a little fanny pack that has a small IV push machine (my dad had one for chemo and it worked great) that will constatly keep the nerve medicated but not you. Voila no pain from that specific nerve and no effects to the rest of your bod. There's another one where they remove whole tracts of nerves but that ones a little more risky. Either way I wish you the best of luck.

Pardon my shitty spelling.

This morning I rolled a 7’ length of 6x6 pressure treated off of the workbench and into my thigh which of coarse then landed behind the steel toe. OUCH!

Beachgoat:
Where is the hope?

I dont have any physical problems.
I dont even cough from smoking.
I expect my wrists beginning to hurt in 5-10 years.
And i wear glasses.
Is this enought to park on a handicapped parking lot?

fucked the knees up in car wrecks. Now anytime a cloudbursts, my knee looks like a pygmie giving assbirth to a watermelon and the stairs look like fukin' Pike's Peak, but that's all nothin', really.
Dude, I really hope that gets better for you SOON.

SexNinjaMcDeath: I don't sleep well. I always lay in bed for an hour and a half before I fall asleep, tossing and turning. I just can't force my mind to shut down. When I wake up I usually have a headache, my back hurts, and I'm tired throughout the day. It sucks. I wish I didn't have to sleep at all.

I go through the same thing once in awhile, which would explain why I'm up at 5am posting this reply. I was going to complain about my back pain because of kyphosis (outward curve in the upper spine - like a hunchback) but after hearing what BeachGoat and the rest of you are going through it suddenly doesn't feel so bad.

BG: The best treatment for back pain = massage from your lovely wife. Best treatment for depression = massage from your lovely wife. May RozzleRose continue to be the rock you lean on. Your friends at LS are here for you also. Great forum topic! We're clearly all a bunch of decrepit aging fuks!
